You might be curious about trying yoga. Maybe you are considering coming back after some time away. You might wonder what kind of experience you’ll have in class. With me, it’s not just about stretching. My goal is to help you come home to yourself.
It’s More Than Just Poses

Students often tell me my explanations “play in their heads” long after class ends. That’s intentional. I teach the why behind each movement, helping you build awareness in both body and mind. My classes blend Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga—but more than that, they blend life into the practice. You’ll learn how physical flexibility is connected to mental patterns, how breath supports your nervous system, and how our physical and psychological selves mirror each other.
For All Bodies, All People
Whether you’re new to yoga, aging gracefully, managing an injury, or simply navigating the stress of life—you’re welcome here. I offer modifications, use props (blocks, straps, chairs), and design sequences to match the needs of the room. I don’t single anyone out or force alignment; instead, I guide gently and repeat cues with care. Laughter is part of class too—I make jokes (especially about my own mistakes!) because comfort, confidence, and joy matter.

A Journey Inward

Yes, we move and stretch—but we also reflect, breathe, and observe. I often say: “The physical postures are just one part of yoga’s eightfold path.” My classes are a space to explore not just your muscles but your mind, beliefs, and sense of self. I weave in yoga philosophy, music with meaning (from mantras to world sounds), and psychology to create an experience that feels grounding, uplifting, and expansive.
No Performance, No Pressure
I honor where each person is. You’ll never be pushed into a pose or spotlighted. I create a calm, welcoming atmosphere so even on tough days, you can show up and just be. I won’t try to “fix” you. Instead, I’ll hold space for you—warmly, professionally, and without judgment.

Real Yoga for Real Life
You won’t need fancy gear or to already be flexible. In fact, many of my students—men and women—come thinking yoga isn’t for them, only to discover it’s exactly what they needed. Strength, balance, flexibility, mental clarity… yoga offers it all. And in my classes, we explore those gifts together.

Come try a class and see what unfolds. You don’t need to know anything. Just bring your body, your breath, and your willingness to feel more like yourself.
